The 10th Doctor
The last surviving member of an alien race that has mastered Time Travel, he explores the universe, going from one end of creation to another.
Where is he from?
When the long-running TV series Doctor Who was rebooted in 2005, Christopher Eccleston played the titular Doctor. After the first season Eccleston chose not to return, setting up one of the show's trademark 'regenerations'; an in-universe concept allowing the part to be recast with a new actor who can then reshape the character as they see fit. Series showrunner Russel T. Davies reached out to the star of his previous series, Cassanova; Scottish stage actor and life-long Doctor Who fan David Tennant. What followed was three seasons of one of the most loveable, admirable characters to ever grace the TV screen. There is pure magic in this character, and no one has ever done it better.
