Rocket Raccoon
A denizen of Halfworld, where animals were modified to have full sentience and bipedal bodies to help serve as wardens. He's a space vagabond, bounty hunter, and general chaotic naer-do-well. It's unclear if he's actually a MEMBER of the Wrench Wenches, or if he's simply there trading for parts. I'm guessing the latter.
Where is he from?
Rocket Raccoon is a Marvel comic character from the eighties when Marvel was hip-deep in weird marketing comics and spin-offs that often had no or only vague connections to their regular continuity. Rocket was a loose capitalization on Larry Hamma's Bucky O'Hare comics from the seventies, as well as the beatles song Rocky Raccoon, and would pop up in his own stories here and there before he was featured in the deliberately weird Guardians of the Galaxy comic in 2007, a book that only got away with it's own bizareness because it was so obscure no one cared about it
Of course, it's obscurity was cracked wide open when it became the subject for one of the best movies in the MCU, Guardians of the Galaxy. Rocket was a CGI anthromorphic creature motion captured by director James Gunn's little brother Sean and voiced by oft-underrated Bradley Cooper who traded Rocket's cockney delivery for his own Philly accent. Rocket was obviously a marketing slam-dunk, even becoming a defacto Avenger in Endgame.
