GND 019 - Sarah, Christine, Erik and Jareth are getting ready for the bimonthly tenants' meeting, where they plan to welcome
Sweeney Todd and Mrs. Lovett to the building, although the whole thing goes to a right shambles thanks to Jareth's antics.

This is, of course, all Melissa Findley's fault for painting this baby : [this link doesn't work anymore :)]
Thanks to Subtilior, too, for bringing about the idea of the bimonthly tenants' meeting in the building and providing the flimsy excuse for this set-up.
The ensuing "happy neighbours get-together and discussion of communal issues" meeting was not very productive, however.
The first motion, submitted by Miss Williams, was to ban HRH Goblin King Jareth from the proceedings on the grounds of gross indecency and being an insufferable jerk. Although this suggestion was approved by a majority vote, HRH Goblin King Jareth refused to comply, saying he wasn't about to start worrying about democracy after several happy centuries of absolute monarchy. Mr Javert then muttered something about the proper use of the guillotine, meeting with approval from Miss Williams, Mr Phantom and Mr Todd. In the ensuing argument, Miss Daaé tried to return to the meeting's original pupose, viz, welcoming the new residents Mrs Lovett and Mr Todd to the building and discussing the Random Black Chicken problem, but to very little avail.
True chaos broke loose, however, when Mssrs Javert and Norrington happened to reach for the last edible cookie at the same time.
This is a work of fanart and solely intended for shits and giggles. Not mine, not making money from it.
