Page 194 - "Club Can't Even Handle This"
GND 194 - Sarah, Christine, Liz, Marsha, & Skeep the Goblin go clubbing, and Nanny Ogg comes along to protect the Dudebros from being punjab'd or bogged by Erik or Jareth. (also Will Turner's status at the end of the 3rd Pirates movie is up for debate.)
Pika's text:
Dear Lizzie. It's not your fault your writers were pretty ham-fisted with the GRRL power. Or that they can't even agree, iirc some interviews when the last film was released, whether that final scene was intended to mean that after 10 years chaste waiting by the seaside you got your man back for good or if that was just his shore leave. ..
And well done Chris - double standards are hilarious when you're bashing guys for being obnoxious horndogs but bringing Marsha along with you to terrify the barman. (Who may well be a 'Cocktail'-era Tom Cruise character because why not.)
Yes, that is a spy-crystal. Jareth will lengthily debate with himself whether the sight of Nanny Ogg in a Dwarfette leather minskirt and studded boob tube letting it all out to "Lets Talk About Sex, Baby"* was worth the vision of Sarah in hotpants groovin' to Bowie.
Jareth will also most charitably proffer the sights caught within the spy crystal to Erik, should he wish to appreciate Christine's skills on the dance floor. Less charitable, perhaps, was his making this offer while Blind Mag was sitting right beside them.
(* The girls have found a club that, besides playing the modern standards for clubbing funtimes, also favours a retro 80s-90s playlist. Sarah is a big fan.)(and is also intimately convinced that you need big hair to party properly. It's an 80s thing....)
