Chidi Anagonye
A Professor of Moral Philosophy of Nigerian descent, he's taught at the Sorbonne in Paris and St. John's University in Sydney.
Where is he from?
Chidi is one of the four main characters in the beloved Michael Schur series The Good Place. He's technically a character built out of a narative structural need; the Good Place needed to be able to quickly reference the entire scope of the study of philosopy, so one of the characters basically had to be one of the leading experts in the field in the world. What makes him a great character, however, is that Michel Shur shows all excell at making characters legitimately good people. Chidi is a bundle of nerves and indecision but is also an unwaveringly compassionate and decent friend and companion. He's also played by the absolutely delightful William Jackson Harbor. who is somehow the universe's perfect apex of nerdy and hot.
